Let’s Be Friends is an A2 level Lithuanian course developed by specialists from the Department of Lithuanian Studies at Vilnius University.
The project received funding from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania.
The platform allows you to study the language through various digital activities and online meetings with a teacher.
What does the course include?
The program consists of 24 lessons organized into 12 topics .
Each topic is covered over two lessons and addresses common everyday situations.
Topics include the city, food, family, shopping, housing, health, studies, nature, and time Free.
What skills are practiced?
The activities help develop reading and listening comprehension.
They also include exercises in writing, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and oral communication.
The goal is for the student to be able to understand and use simple expressions in everyday situations.
How do the classes work?
The course is designed to be completed with a teacher.
An online meeting can be held each week to answer questions, practice the language, and review certain activities.
Many assignments are automatically graded, and others can be reviewed by the teacher.
Are there assessments?
Yes. The program includes progress tests approximately every two weeks. These activities allow you to check what you’ve learned before moving on to the next topics.
Can I enroll directly? The platform allows registration, but the full course is designed for groups organized by a teacher. The teacher must register and create a group so that students can complete the program with guidance.
